The microwave and the dishwasher are both recently installed. The fan is amazing in the summer to keep a breeze going, and provide extra lighting. The glass sliding doors lead right to our two parking spots, perfect for loading/unloading groceries and kids quick and easy. Plenty of cabinet space and plenty of floor space.
